Inspire  Kids Montessori, a thriving and expanding school with two campuses and plans for a third, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood  Campus Director to join our vibrant community.

We are not a corporate daycare; we are a curated family of Montessori schools committed to excellence in Montessori education and overall culture for our students, staff, and families. 

Our ideal candidate would be a Montessori-trained educator with experience leading early childhood programs. We would welcome someone who has not yet fallen in love with Montessori or does not have a Montessori background but has experience as a child-care director at excellent,  child and family-friendly early childhood programs. Since this is an opportunity specifically focused on Montessori education, we will invest  in professional training in Montessori educational leadership for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus.
• Collaborate with our strong administrative team and work closely with families.
• Play an active role in admissions and foster strong relationships with parents and the community.
• Support and mentor classroom teachers, ensuring excellence in Montessori practices and high academic standards.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state licensing regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A  committed educator, ideally, who has completed Montessori training and  holds a deep understanding of early childhood education or is ready,  willing, and eager to become trained as a Montessori educational leader.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to the growth and development of the school community.
• Strong  communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with an  ability to work patiently and empathetically with children, parents, and  staff.
• Familiarity with Arizona state licensing regulations is essential.

We are a family-run Montessori school dedicated to fostering a nurturing,  child-centered learning environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Primary Guide to join our team and inspire children ages 3-6 in their early development.

Key Qualifications:

• AMI or AMS certification (required)

• Passionate about the Montessori philosophy and committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a Montessori environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with families, children, and staff

• A nurturing approach that supports each child’s individual development

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a calm, prepared Montessori classroom environment

• Guide children through activities that promote academic, emotional, and social growth

• Foster a sense of community within the classroom, encouraging respect and independence

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan school events and activities

• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child’s progress
